Project of great complexity, in terms of its plan and its location in the Old Quarters of the city.

It is conceived as a fragment of urban fabric, which enables the integration of various spaces corresponding to different purposes, by means of an interior and exterior ‘urban layout’. As regards the architectural language, it derives from the Old Quarters of Troyes itself and is reinterpreted as a contemporary language.
